Jayme Braverman, a native of Iowa City, Iowa, began her dancing career at Nolte Academy under the direction of Leslie Nolte and guidance from Analia Alegré Femenias, Emily Loya, and Grace Snider. During her early years Jayme has had the privilege of working with world renowned dancers such as Lloyd Knight, Louie Marin, Oscar Ramos, Joseph Kudra, Jenna Riegel, and Ashleigh Wilson among others. Jayme received her BFA in Dance at Point Park University in the spring 2020 and graduated Magna Cum Laude. At Point Park Jayme has trained and performed under the direction of Garfield Lemonious, Kiesha Lalama, Jason McDole, Daniel Karasik, Judith Leifer-Bentz, and many more. Jayme is a freelance dancer.
In addition to performing, Jayme has a passion for teaching the next generation of dancers to come; she has spent the last seven years teaching at Nolte Academy.
Jayme is a lover of dogs, traveling, and enjoying moments with people who are near and dear to her heart. If she is not in the dance studio Jayme is probably working on her current sewing project or challenging her mental dexterity with a jigsaw puzzle.
